We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support the Manager of Ageing Operations in delivering exceptional consumer-directed care services to older adults.
Drawing on your previous leadership experience, you will guide your team in creating a client-centered service culture, ensuring meaningful interactions with clients, their carers, and families.
You will inspire your team to turn conversations into memorable experiences that clients will want to share with friends and family for all the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities: Guide Case Managers in creating a flexible, client-centred service approach.Support team members in understanding and aligning with the organization's vision, values, and direction in their daily practice.Collaborate with the Manager to ensure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvements.Provide clear leadership, professional supervision, and practice support to team members.We support people to live their best life.
