We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of clinical nurses, providing guidance, support and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional growth.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate training.Ensure clinical trials are conducted in accordance with all relevant standards, procedures, and guidelines.Organize necessary resources, personnel, equipment, and consumables to conduct clinical trials safely and on schedule.Administer Investigational Products, prescriptions, and medications.Provide general nursing care and monitor participants' well-being.Conduct procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, blood collection, blood processing, and data collection.RequirementsRegistered Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions).5 years minimum post graduate experience.At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role.Demonstrated ability to independently manage staff, oversee rostering and coordination of clinical unit shift allocations (including ensuring the right skills and staffing mix are available to meet activity requirements).Excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to documentation guidelines and study protocols.If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
