About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly organised and responsive Administration Officer to join our Asset Services Team, providing critical administration and reporting support to our Command in delivering Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our team, you will provide administration and reporting support to the Command and greater QCS, utilising information management systems to process information and produce reports.
Your expertise will also be applied to financial administrative activities, report preparation, and coordination of onboarding/offboarding activities.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will have:
Solid MS Office suite experience and competency In-depth experience with database systems and report extraction (SAP, Aurion, or similar) Previous administration support experience in a busy team environment You are a highly organised individual with excellent written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
You possess the ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
