Location: Toowoomba & Darling Downs
The Role:Within the medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located near Stanthorpe, QLD, the Care Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards and providing leadership to the healthcare team.
Responsibilities: Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate mannerImplement and maintain a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagementEnsure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality StandardsProvide professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and foster effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholdersKey Candidate Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA RegistrationStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged careProven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environmentDemonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processesPrevious experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar roleCandidate Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for clinical excellenceGenuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyIf this sounds like you, email Candice at or click "Apply Now".
