Reporting to the NSW State Sales Manager, the Sales Representative – Liquid and Hazardous waste is a critical role responsible for the sales of waste management solutions across Greater Sydney Region acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships.
You'll be working with a diverse range of customers and industries so the potential to grow your portfolio is endless.
About the roleA performance-based role to substantially grow new sales volumes, endeavouring to exceed KPI's through robust cold calling sales plan.Keep Management informed on activity and results, new business, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual business unit analysis.Identify and target new business opportunities.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services and delivery schedules.Recommend changes in services to Management by evaluating results and competitive developments.Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for existing and potential clients.Manage, update, and maintain client information in the company CRM.Service an assortment of existing Liquid Waste accounts across an assigned region and is accountable for:Account ManagementEffective monthly call cycle plans.Quotes and proposals.Providing market intelligence.Identifying new business opportunities.Identify and secure liquid waste streams which include but are not limited to:Hazardous and Quarantine WasteChemical WasteHydraulic Fluids and Motor OilsProduct Destruction - dump stockHousehold Hazardous WastePaints and thinnersBulk Liquid Waste (storm water to J120)Septic WasteCooking OilGrease TrapsWhat you bring:Minimum 3+ years' work experience in high volume Door to Door Sales (D2D) sales (ideally within the liquid waste industry).Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously.Presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels across various industries.Strong computer and analytical skills.Valid driver's licence.What you receive as a GOgetterWeekly pay and full uniform.Base Salary + Car Allowance + quarterly commissions + iPad + Laptop + Phone.Access to corporate discounts.Buy a new car through our novated lease partners, FLEETPLUS.Our employee support partner SONDER provides our employees and their loved ones with the wellbeing support EVERYONE deserves.Opportunity to work with the latest technology in recycling recovery.A strong, employee and safety-driven company culture.TRAINING and progression opportunities within the BINGO family.BINGO is committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
