The Role
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to engage with real estate agencies and property managers to promote our electrical services and secure ongoing partnerships.
You'll play a vital role in growing our client base and strengthening our presence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and approach potential real estate clients to offer tailored electrical solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate our range of electrical services, emphasizing value and reliability.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Regularly report on sales activities and progress toward goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or service industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with electrical services or trades (preferred but not essential).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
