Join Benetas and be a part of our mission to help older Victorians live their best lives.As a Home Care Team Leader, you will provide strong leadership to lead our team of dedicated workforce coordinators.Some of the ways you'll make a difference:Provide oversight and assist with rostering practices and service coordinationWork with the Workforce Coordinators (WFCs) to deliver optimised rostersPerform recruitment and retention of workforce coordinatorsEnsure the successful delivery of home care packages and aged care services to provide optimum person-centered care to Benetas' clients and their familiesIncrease internal client satisfaction and reduce complaints managementEnsure compliance against relevant quality standards, compliance and OH&S requirements, as well as with Benetas' Policies and ProceduresTo help you achieve this, ideally you'll have:Demonstrated experience in rostering principles with the ability to implement changeAbility to influence and drive positive change and bring people along the journeyEffective communication skills and able to adjust style for different stakeholder groupsExperience in Aged Care is desirable but not essentialTertiary qualifications are desirable but not essentialWhy work with us?Not-for-profit salary packaging for $15,800 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take-home pay with less taxWork-life balance and job security - permanent full-time employment, 5 days per weekRecently increased hourly rates, and guaranteed annual pay increasesProudly being part of a business that values Respect, Responsibility, Community, and SpiritA comprehensive orientation, training, and support, plus paid training hours to build your skillsA proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within BenetasInterested in applying:We are proud to provide an inclusive workplace - with a diverse workforce that reflects the client base.
