The Team Leader will:
Collaborate with Program Managers, Care Advisors, Care Organisers to identify Home Care Worker recruitment needs based on current and projected service demandCollaborate with P&C and recruitment partners to recruit and onboard a skilled, empowered and engaged Home Care Worker workforceMonitor, evaluate and report on the operational and compliance requirements of team membersMonitor online learning requirementsSupervise team members to ensure an effective and consistent approach to careProvide ongoing support, mentoring and management of performanceSupport team members in collaboration with P&C and PM in risk and injury management and return to work plansOperate within agreed resource frameworks and financial targetsThis is aFull Timerole workingMonday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. About you: This is the place for you if you have:
Experience in Managing teams within an Age Care sitting (desirable)Extensive experience in a community aged care settingPrevious administrative and rostering/scheduling experience in community services (CHSP/HCP)Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environmentExperience within the aged care sectorThrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactionsAre committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BESTway of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children Check cardCurrent and ongoing flu vaccinationsAustralian working rightsAbility to pass a national police clearance and NDIS ClearanceMake a positive difference in your community – apply now Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply for this role.
