THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Development Manager based in Somersby. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade team - reporting to the Trade Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of our Trade Sales team, you will be the key point of contact across the region between Stratco and our customers.
This will involve:
Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customersIdentifying and developing new customers and confident in cold callingFocus on growth of salesIdentifying new product and market opportunitiesLiaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer servicePreparing project quotations and sales proposalsCollaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as requiredStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industryBe action-oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levelsBe a hands-on, self-driven and practical person with a good technical abilityHave the ability to work in a team environmentHave excellent business building and prospecting skillsEstimating experience would be highly valuedThe ability to manage multiple customers and prioritiesWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apartREWARDS & BENEFITS Flexible Working Arrangements | Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Programme
