About us: We at GJ Gardner Homes Melbourne Inner East are a small team taking great pride in building high quality homes for our clients in and around the Melbourne Inner East area.
We offer our clients both GJ Gardner standard plans and full custom designs.
We provide our clients with reliability, integrity and quality service to make their building experience a positive one.
With our continued growth we are looking for an experienced, passionate, hardworking individual to join our expanding business.
This individual will possess a positive 'can do' attitude along with substantial experience in supervising across multiple custom building sites.
About the role: The permanent Full Time Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for working across multiple sites, managing 6 to 8 high quality custom homes from commencement to completion, taking pride in exceeding customer's expectations alongside our hard working but fun team, in a great atmosphere and positive, customer focused environment.
This will involve: Managing the overall site performance of our home construction processProject management including managing budget and building time framesMaintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation compliance and Quality Assurance systemsLiaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and trades are ordered and available on time to ensure an efficient building processMeeting with customers on site for stage inspectionsWorking with our highly experienced sales, customer service and management team to deliver exceptional homesManaging high volume of emails, multiple computer programs, Apple and Windows software technology.About you: You will be looking for a rewarding and challenging role with the following skills and experience:
Custom building experience – you will have worked across multiple sites simultaneously.Organised and methodical – you will be capable of managing the administration associated with volume builds in reasonable time frames and great attention to detailExisting Trade BaseFlexible and adaptable – you can resolve issues quickly and adapt to changing situations to make each build as seamless as possibleCustomer focused – exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills making the customer experience a positive oneConnected - you will bring with you a range of contacts for subcontractors and trades to use alongside our existing contactsAdvanced computer skills, ability to use multiple computer programs, Apple iPad, iPhone & Microsoft Windows knowledge required.Current drivers licence and White CardThe successful applicant will receive a generous salary based upon experience including a car, iPhone, iPad and laptop.
