The Role:You will oversee the delivery of a sophisticated ultra high-end residential project, with a key focus on basement construction.
This is a leadership role where your expertise in managing complex, high-quality builds will be crucial.
You'll work alongside a team of professionals, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standards.
The projects you'll manage are amongst the most sought-after in Melbourne, offering unparalleled craftsmanship and style.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the construction of a high-end residential home ($10mil), focusing on basement construction and architectural features.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.Drive safety on-site, conducting regular site inductions and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.Liaise with architects, designers, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and flawless project execution.Report directly to the construction director, providing detailed updates on progress, risks, and challenges.About You: You have proven experience as a site manager or site supervisor in ultra-high-end architectural residential builds and a background in basement construction delivery (necessary).Qualified carpentry background (necessary).You're a natural leader, able to inspire and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.Your commitment to safety and quality is uncompromising, and you're skilled in navigating the complexities of bespoke projects.You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities with precision.Why Join?
