As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will leverage your clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and contribute to the leadership and development of our dedicated nursing staff.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident outcomes, manage key nursing practices, and champion an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage nursing services, staff allocation, and patient care delivery.Support recruitment, selection, and staff development initiatives.Oversee financial, resource, and risk management processes.Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.Provide after-hours oversight, managing patient flow and staffing.Foster a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.What We're Looking For : Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in residential aged care management, including financial and resource oversight.Expertise in fostering staff development and driving consumer engagement.Sound knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, and healthcare quality improvement.Please refer to the Role Description below for more detailed information on the essential minimum requirements.
