The role is being offered on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis, working five hours a day Monday to Friday.Delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, staff, and visitors, providing high-quality administrative support services for the residential care home.What you'll do:Maintain a tidy, warm, friendly, and welcoming environmentProvide first-class service in person, on the phone, and via emailAssist with processing paymentsDocument, register, and maintain recordsManage the visitors and contractor signing into the registerOrganise incoming and outgoing mailLiaise with various staff at the care homeProvide other administration support as requiredAbout YouThis role is suited for someone with experience in a reception/administration role, demonstrating initiative and a positive can-do attitude, with a motivation to make a difference.
