Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Ship Officers and Engineers to join our team.
Our ideal candidates have a proven track record in the offshore maritime industry with a commitment to excellence.
Anchor Handling experience and DP (Dynamic Positioning) qualifications are highly regarded.
Qualifications:
Valid maritime certification relevant to the position (Officer or Engineer).
DP certification highly regarded.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work on various ships and adapt to different vessel types.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Experience:
Proficient in the complex operations of anchor handling aligned with rank, including conventional and pre-lay systems.
Skilled in coordinating with rig move masters to ensure safe and efficient anchor handling operations.
Experience on vessels with 180t+ bollard pull advantageous.
Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) with Azimuth Experience (Officers):
Experience operating platform supply vessels equipped with azimuth thrusters.
Adept at handling cargo operations including bulks, liquids, and deck cargo.
Leadership and Team Collaboration (Senior Officers & Engineers):
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse crew.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with onshore teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth and efficient vessel operations.
Maintenance and Technical Skills (Engineers & ETO's):
Proficient in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues on board.
DP maintenance training is highly regarded.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs to ensure vessel reliability and operational readiness.
Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of various marine machinery and equipment.
