Job DescriptionIn this newly created role as the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be involved in the IT integration project to onboard 100 users across 3 locations with a focus on timely and accurate delivery of IT activities and initiatives.
You will act as the primary point of contact for local users in regard to IT queries, focusing on providing operational support and expertise for local IT infrastructure and applications.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our offices in Banksmeadow, North Sydney, and Kingsgrove, and occasional interstate travel
In this role, you will:
Execute the IT integration project in accordance with deliverablesProactively work alongside vendors to deploy new networks and infrastructureAct as the primary point of contact for local IT related queriesManage IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including deployment of IT equipment, asset management, and ensuring licensing complianceManage the lifecycle of network equipment and applicationsQualificationsFor this role as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You hold your degree in computer science or similarYou hold 2+ years' experience within ITGeneral knowledge of networking and serversExperience working with ITIL will be highly regardedYou are flexible with working hours to attend calls with local and global stakeholdersYou are willing to learn and take initiativeYou have strong written and verbal communication skillsYou have valid and unrestricted Australian working rightsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
