We are seeking a Head of Football (January to October, 3-year fixed term contract) An exciting opportunity to work with a team committed to making a difference to the lives of students.

About the RoleThe Head of Football is responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining a competitive and thriving Football program.
The Head of Football will oversee all aspects of the school's Football program, including coaching, player development, and program management; as well as provide operational leadership specific to the School's sporting culture.
The incumbent will implement appropriate programs that will cater for a range of ability levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
This position may require the Head of Football to perform the duties of a coach from time to time.
About YouYou are dedicated, passionate, and possess the following: Ability to lead and inspire a team both on and off the field.Ability to work collaboratively with other members of staff.Ability to implement initiatives, deliver projects, and manage change.Previous experience in a similar role or as a high-level football coach.Possess a comprehensive understanding of football and up-to-date knowledge of current coaching techniques.Efficient management of administrative tasks and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the CGS community including students, team members, and parents.All team members at CGS are required to have: A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.A current National Police Check.Full working rights within Australia.Benefits for youAs a CGS team member, you have access to a range of additional benefits, including:
