The Role Manage and grow portfolio of Accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new businessBuild on existing client relationships and maximise reach within the accountsGenerate pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leadsThis is a visible role with lots of client interaction; strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence decision makers is a mustWork strategically with your clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunitiesUse strong listening skills and consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and solve business problemsCreate meaningful client relationships built on an in-depth understanding of their needs and challengesMaximise opportunities to add value by upselling solutions About You Relevant sales experience within a B2B sales environment ideally selling to Construction Industry or similarAbility to sell based on quality and not priceYou pride yourself on your high level of customer serviceEnthusiasm for growing your career in a business that is going placesPassion for Solutions based sales approachPrevious demonstration of sales success and achieving targetsA proactive, professional and self-driven attitudeA valid Driver's License - you spend a large part of your time visiting clients What's in it for you Uncapped, high earning potentialHigh End, Quality Products, Global OEMMassive Opportunity for career progressionA warm and friendly working environment
