Senior Hr Business Partner

The Courts Administration Authority (CAA) is looking for an
experienced Human Resources professional to join our motivated,
high performing and collaborative team.
The Senior HR Business Partner works with limited direction,
exercises judgement and decision making and provides high level and
expert consultancy services such as supporting
restructures/reforms, consultation processes, change management,
misconduct, and performance management.
They will recommend
strategies on a diverse range of complex and sensitive matters
which will include preparation of concise written reports
containing sound recommendations written to executive and managers
regarding all aspects of human resource management services which
target current and future organisational needs.
Role Highlights:
Work in a committed and supportive HR Business Partnership
team within the People and Culture Division.
Use your HR technical expertise and partnerships skills to
work a diverse range of matters within your assigned
portfolio.
Advise on the industrial instruments relevant to CAA
employees being the South Australian Public Sector
Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021 and the SA Public
Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award.
Adelaide CBD location on Gouger Street near the Adelaide
Central Market.
Special conditions:
This is a short-term backfill contract for 12 months.
Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act
1993.
Terms and conditions of employment are governed by
the Public Sector Act 2009.
Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police
Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent
convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use
this information in the selection process.
Appointees may be required to disclose their COVID-19
vaccination status.
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or other
relevant discipline is desirable.
Remuneration:
ASO6 – $98,478 to $104,165 per annum plus 11.5%
superannuation.
