Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Contracts and Risk Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
This role requires a proactive approach to contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
This position reports to Senior Legal Counsel Australia and NZ.
The work model for the role is Hybrid and can be based in QLD, NSW, VIC or WA.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably in the engineering or technology industry.
Professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) are a plus.
Solid grasp of contract law and commercial terms and able to handle multiple contracts and priorities concurrently.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills plus skilled in contract relining, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
