Reporting to the Chief of Sales & Marketing and based in Darra , the Special Projects Estimator/Business Development Manager will collaborate with the Special Projects and the broader sales team to innovate our market offerings, aiming for profitable growth in VAE Sales in alignment with our annual budgets, sales plan, and target client.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maximize sales potential from existing clients and services Target and compete in specific market segments for special projects Respond to Service Project tender requests Maintain your involvement in the bid/no bid process for major project sales Prepare accurate and timely sales estimates Maintain the Quotation register, Sales folder, and sales documentation Deliver high-quality bid submissions focused on customer pain points and value Develop key relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers Innovate and differentiate VAE bid submission in the market Desired Skills and Experience What makes you stand out
The successful candidate will demonstrate their experience in a similar technical sales role, or knowledge of the mechanical construction/service market and their ability to develop/maintain good relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
They will also demonstrate an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
