We pride ourselves on trust, integrity, and innovative expert staff which together deliver outstanding results and live our brand's values of Energy – Synergy – Success.Job DescriptionWhat we offerUniformsGreat team culture – team sports, regular social activities, family-friendlyFinancial Wellness ProgramsDiscounted Private Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP) – immediate family includedPersonal and Professional DevelopmentReferral bonusFree parking onsiteFree morning/Friday beveragesThe RoleReporting to the Chief of Sales & Marketing and based in Darra, the Special Projects Estimator/Business Development Manager will collaborate with the Special Projects and the broader sales team to innovate our market offerings, aiming for profitable growth in VAE Sales in alignment with our annual budgets, sales plan, and target client.Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Maximize sales potential from existing clients and servicesTarget and compete in specific market segments for special projectsRespond to Service Project tender requestsMaintain your involvement in the bid/no bid process for major project salesPrepare accurate and timely sales estimatesMaintain the Quotation register, Sales folder, and sales documentationDeliver high-quality bid submissions focused on customer pain points and valueDevelop key relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customersInnovate and differentiate VAE bid submission in the marketDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat makes you stand outThe successful candidate will demonstrate their experience in a similar technical sales role, or knowledge of the mechanical construction/service market and their ability to develop/maintain good relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
