Security (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeWe have an exciting opportunity available for a Cyber Security Team Lead/Consultant within the Christian Education space.You will have one direct report and will look after activities related to the security and protection of digital information across the group, identify and manage cyber security risks, improve the security posture of the group and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).Some of your responsibilities will include:Maintenance of the Information Security Governance Framework (ISGF)Working with vendors to run internal and external perimeter Information Security Penetration Tests and related audit activitiesEnsure security of information is considered for any new projects or solutionsLead and mentor the Cyber Operations SpecialistPromote Cyber Security awareness and good digital habitsWork with the Applications Team to ensure all applications are patched and secureOversee information security policies and advise management of current / future cyber security landscape, trends and threatsAbout you:Strong leader with a passion for cyber securityHold a relevant qualification(s) e.g., CISM, CISSP or SANSExperience within the Education Sector would be advantageousGood team leadership skills and mentorship capabilitiesExcellent service orientation, communication skills and interpersonal styleSolid understanding of how stakeholders interact with key business systems on a day-to-day basisSomeone who is able to work collaboratively in a team environment and a model of technical excellence.Given that our Client operates within a Christian education setting - they would expect that any suitable candidates would be practising ChristiansIf this sounds like you and you're looking for your next challenge, then I'd love to hear from you.
