We do more than collect the bin from your street; we also : Convert waste into clean energy Divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost Manufacture customised waste management equipment Asbestos removal Refine and recycle oil Manage and maintain our fleet in-house Have our own bespoke technology systems Our teams include Drivers / Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT / Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration, and much more .

THE ROLE Based in Sydney, the main responsibility of the Major Account Representative is to drive new business and grow the presence of JJ's Waste in the Sydney market with our key customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively pursue new business in a structured, focused & considered manner. Developing & nurturing existing customers through systematic cycle visits. Provide sophisticated sales support to address customer needs. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week. THE CANDIDATE Driven & ambitious by nature, you love the thrill of winning new business & nurturing customers.
You are well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
Outgoing by nature, you enjoy meeting people & have a strong focus on customer service.
Previous senior level face-to-face account management selling experience will be highly regarded.
You are motivated & love to work autonomously & you enjoy being part of a larger team.
Strong attention to detail, you are thorough & methodical in your approach.
You have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
