Vitasoy has been manufacturing at our Wodonga facility for over 20 years.We are seeking an IT Manager who will lead the IT team and execute with excellence the Vitasoy Technological road map. The role will involve sustaining our IT operations, optimising our IT processes, driving supply chain digitisation whilst managing our key IT vendors.This role reports directly to our CFO for local operations and initiatives, whilst reporting functionally to the Global Chief Information Officer to align with and deploy global IT strategies.Key responsibilities include:Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through operational and IT excellence, as well as optimising foundational processes to future proof Vitasoy Australia.Oversee the efficient administration and optimization of SAP Business One (SAP B1) by partnering with external SAP partner.Responsible for Vitasoy Australia master data governance process.Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure within VAP market. Ensure seamless integration of local IT systems with Group IT solutions and platforms where relevant.Work closely with Global IT to align local initiatives with Global strategies and standards.Ensure compliance with Global IT policies, standards, and security protocols where applicable. Collaborate with local and global compliance teams to maintain data privacy and security.Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing responses to IT security incidents, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and compliance with service-level agreements.To be successful in this role, you will have:Over 7 years experience in delivering technology and infrastructure solutions in either a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with proven Technical capability to deliver operational excellence.Proven experience in IT leadership with a successful track record in IT Management and operational excellence.Familiarity with SAP or SAP Business One (SAP B1) or other ERP systems is advantageous, experience in EDI, WMS and MRP crucial.Strong vendor management and Cyber security implementation experience.Demonstrated ability to align local IT strategies with business objectives and implement relevant Global IT solutions.Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to IT operations.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Relevant IT Degree and qualification.If this sounds like you, please submit your application by Close of business 18 Nov 2024 to Heidi Brooks – Vitasoy HR.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
