What does an Early Settler Store Manager do?
Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI's Ensures a customer-centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results Focuses on commercial results and ensures their team have a clear understanding of store performance Be a product knowledge expert Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment (including OH&S) What do you bring to Early Settler?
