What does an Early Settler Store Manager do? Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performanceDrives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI'sEnsures a customer-centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experienceProvides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding resultsFocuses on commercial results and ensures their team have a clear understanding of store performanceBe a product knowledge expertAdheres to all company behaviours, policies, and proceduresEnsures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment (including OH&S)What do you bring to Early Settler?
