The Role As a Membership Consultant (Casual), you'll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey.
You'll work closely with the club team to:
Generate leads and convert them into membershipsRetain current members by promoting our culture and servicesProvide excellent customer service and build strong relationshipsAssist with marketing efforts and local business engagementBe available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standardsTo thrive in this role, you'll need these required certificates:

Here's what you could bring to our club:
Sales experience preferred but not necessaryPassion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environmentConfidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilitiesCommitted to fostering an inclusive gym culture and building a strong communityAbility to support and promote local businessesExcellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new peopleStrong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancementWhy Join Us?
