Join an award-winning, global insurer as the Head of Recoveries within the third party motor claims team.
You'll excel at this role if you're an established leader from motor recoveries, contact centre environment or large operations team with a business transformation mentality.
The business will be looking to you to maximise recovery efforts through the enhancement of operational rhythms within the team.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits packageSenior business leader with operational and strategic departmental oversightA high performing team within a reputable insurerCollaborative workplace with strong cross-functional partnerships with other Department HeadsExposure to a dynamic, fast-growing industry leader in insuranceKey Responsibilities:Developing and implementing recovery strategies to maximize claim outcomesOverseeing operational management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulationsBuilding and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in finance, legal, and operationsManaging a recoveries portfolio of $266 million and a team of 100+ staffDriving process improvements, automation, and strategic enhancementsEnsuring disputes are resolved efficiently and compliance obligations are metAbout You:At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industryStrong knowledge of recoveries or motor insurance claims management, legislation and best practicesDemonstrated experience in a large contact centre or leadership of large team operations with an analytical mindset and financial acumenOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal staff and various stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership skills to engage, influence, and develop teamsJoin a high-performing team focused on optimising recovery processes and cost efficiency.
