Randstad is partnering with a leading provider in the healthcare diagnostics industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence in patient care and innovative solutions.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their Brisbane based team.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an integral part in delivering outstanding support within a healthcare environment.
Working alongside a high performing team, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, from processing orders to liaising with medical professionals and logistics providers.
Your role will require a blend of exceptional communication skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and streamlining processes.
