We are proud of the talent and diversity of our workforce - our people are key to our current and future success.This is a great opportunity to be part of the world's largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites.As the People and Capability Business Partnering Lead, you will support working partnerships across our business in the areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Engagement and Inclusion, and Coaching and Mentoring.
You will spend the majority of your time partnering with employees, supporting them to understand process, benefits and organisation culture, to have the best employee experience; and you will partner with line supervisors and managers to ensure they have the resourcing and supports that are needed to support their objectives.About YouThis role will suit you if you enjoy diversity, seek out opportunities for growth, and connect with Pilbara Ports' values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity and Care.
