Ensuring proformas are correct and assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.What you will bring:Minimum 1-2 years of media buying/implementation experience across offline and/or digital channels.Demonstrable knowledge of offline and/or digital management tools including:Spectra, Spectra Post Matching, eTAM, eRAM - Assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.Desirable knowledge (or keen willingness to learn):Campaign Manager (or similar), MOVE, Thorndyle (or similar Outdoor verification), Marquee (or similar TV/Radio Key Number allocation), VOZ and Spectra Holdings.Knowledgeable using Office toolsExcel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Calendar (booking meeting rooms and setting up meetings).Strong written and verbal communication experience.Attention to detail that is second to none.Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box.A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities.Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead.Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.What you're looking for:A supportive and collaborative culture.Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively.Fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the best mobility programs GLOBALLYIf you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
