### **Description** Work Perfect is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to help us grow revenue with solution selling being the core focus. We are on pace to double in size this year and need motivated sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of sales experience, and who aspires to grow into an enterprise level sales professional. What would your role at Work Perfect look like? - Develop and actively pursue targeted Enterprise named Accounts, creating individual account plans - Develop a strategy with marketing to focus on an industry where the business has had success and action it with quarterly sprints - Continuously develop and strengthen key relationships in key accounts to map there long term strategy with the outcomes being delivered by Work Perfect - Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Work Perfect solutions to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities - Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, budgets, authority, need and timelines - Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn andimplement best practices - Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, andsocial touches - Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reportingWhat will make you stand out? What will make you stand out? - Experience in solution selling - The ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling,product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow and product function - Have a problem solving and customer centric mindset with genuine customer empathy - 2-5 years’ experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience - Ability to communicate with CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, Accountants and ask intelligentquestions - Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
