As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented B2B Salesperson to join their team in the Eastern Melbourne branch.
Job Description: Are you a seasoned B2B sales professional with a background in selling larger machinery and equipment?
Our client seeking an experienced salesperson to promote business growth in Melbourne.
Your expertise will drive connections with key business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our extensive product range.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B clients, building relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales.
Product Presentation: Demonstrate and sell the range of strapping and stretch wrapping machinery and equipment, highlighting their benefits and value to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.
Customer Solutions: Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our products.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to assist in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on larger machinery and equipment.
Experience in the strapping and stretch wrapping or packaging industry is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of machinery and equipment sales, with the ability to quickly grasp technical details and industry-specific requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with business clients.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technical aspects of machinery and equipment, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
