The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable customer haircare experiences across NSW/ACT.
You will acquire and partner with new and existing customers to diversify product availability, sales, and service standards.
As a true business partner, you will engage with salon owners and their teams to enhance their product knowledge and provide strategies to help grow each customer's business.

You will be exposed to deep product training and manage with full autonomy how you deliver commercial success across your region.

Key responsibilities include
Build and strengthen new business partnerships with salons across NSW/ACT.
Enhance existing accounts with detailed inventory management strategies and visual merchandising displays.
Connect regularly with existing customers to provide strategic advice to grow sales.
Educate all clients on product launches and client services.
Enhance your region's performance through leveraging your social media and strategic trade marketing knowledge.

Proven track record of winning new business and delivering sales results.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your time effectively.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and educating clients about luxury products.
