Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Full time First Steps Learning Academy Liverpool is a privately owned Long Day Care Centre catering for children 2-5 years.
We strive to provide the highest quality care and education for our children.
We employ dedicated qualified educators who are committed to further learning and are passionate about teaching and caring for children in their early learning years.
As Centre Manager you will: Be empowered to run smooth and efficient centre operations for all children and their families.Have ownership of key financial metrics including enrolments, occupancy, and centre operating expenses.Recruit, motivate, and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice and oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum.Ensure our Centre is always immaculately presented and that all internal and external play spaces are fresh, age-appropriate, and safe.Have a sound working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.Enjoy building and engaging with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with local schools, businesses, and surrounding networks.You will hold: Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).A valid Working with Children Check.Strong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essential.Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates.Proven experience managing a childcare centre.Strong team leadership experience.Working knowledge of computer skills including Xplor (beneficial but not essential).If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to continue to strengthen your career in childcare then apply now
