We are searching for a passionate, well-experienced, and dedicated Centre Manager to join us
What we can offer: We're family-friendly & provide 20% off childcare feesGreat company culture that is fun, professional, and supportive of all team membersRegular team bonding and team benefitsMonthly team lunches and sponsored Wellness WednesdaysSupport for a healthy work/life balanceSupportive and collaborative team environmentAbove award wagesAs Centre Manager you will: Be empowered to run smooth and efficient centre operations for all children and their familiesBe passionate about creating strong ties and relationships with families, local schools, businesses, and surrounding networksEnjoy building connections with and engaging local communitiesCoach and guide a team of passionate educators to best practice and oversee the highest quality of classroom curriculumEnsure our Centre is always immaculately presented and that all internal and external play spaces are fresh, age-appropriate, and safeBe accountable for key financial metrics including enrolments, occupancy, and centre operating expensesHave a sound working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning FrameworkTo be successful, you will need: Minimum Diploma QualificationA valid Working with Children CheckStrong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essentialAnaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid CertificatesProven experience managing a childcare centreStrong team leadership experienceWorking knowledge of Xplor (beneficial but not essential)Be a confident and strong communicatorIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to continue to strengthen your career in early childhood education, then apply now
