Office Management (Administration & Office Support) As the Office Manager in our Melbourne office, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations.
This full-time position is dedicated to managing administrative functions and supporting the team so they can focus on their primary responsibilities.
You'll be integral to our collaborative, high-performing office environment, ensuring smooth, efficient operations while enjoying a flexible work structure that balances remote and in-office work.
What you'll be doing Provide essential administrative support to the leadership team and other staff members as needed.Act as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, building positive relationships across the organisation.Maintain and enhance office policies and procedures, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and support productivity.Oversee key projects and contribute to a range of office initiatives, adding value to the team and the business as a whole.Support financial administration tasks, with accounting skills considered highly advantageous for assisting with budget tracking, expense reporting, and related tasks.What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to prioritising tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in accounting software being a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of office management best practices and a keen eye for improving processes.What we offer We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and flexible work environment where our team can thrive.
