Supporting our frontline teams, TCU investigates potential policy breaches as well as supporting with highly technical claims.We are seeking a Senior Investigator to lead the Technical Claims Unit. In this critical role, you will oversee a team of investigators and technical consultants while playing a key role in safeguarding resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring the integrity of our claims process.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a high-performing investigations team, ensuring effective workload distribution and balanced task allocation.Conduct and oversee detailed investigations to detect and deter fraud while supporting RAC's operational standards.Deliver anti-fraud training to empower staff in fraud detection and prevention techniques.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and insurance fraud bureaus, to enhance fraud detection capabilities.Ensure investigations align with RAC's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.What we are looking for:Experience in law enforcement, insurance, or corporate investigations.Proven leadership in managing investigations within the insurance industry, focusing on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.High levels of integrity and confidentiality.Resilient and professional, capable of managing sensitive cases.Effective team management and proven leadership experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Relevant qualifications in insurance, criminal justice, or risk management.What can we offer you?A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected, and empowered.Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing.Be part of a purpose-led organisation that gives back to the WA community.An environment that values ongoing career development.Free Roadside Assistance and discounts on RAC products and services including Insurance, Holiday Parks and Resorts, Security, Finance, and Auto Services.Opportunities for community engagement and corporate volunteering.Apply now with a CV showcasing what you can bring to the role.Applications Close Monday, 9th December 2024.We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.About UsRAC is a purpose-led member organisation.
