About the Role As a Business Banking Manager in our Small to Medium Enterprise Banking Premium Pod, you'll play a key role in helping to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Banking Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling Provide high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio Retain and grow existing customers Understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals Contribute to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard Engage with existing small business customers Manage a team-based customer portfolio Collaborate effectively with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams Maintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Portfolio Management: The selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work/and or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services Credit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
