Collections Resolution Officer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (Sydney/NSW time)
Job Responsibilities:
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers for overdue accounts Achieve minimum 70% success rate on payment arrangements Handle customer communications professionally within 5-minute target timeframe Process payments and maintain accurate account records Manage customer complaints according to company policy Provide updates to clients on collection progress Work remotely while maintaining high performance standards Meet quality assurance requirements consistently Handle all communication with empathy and professionalism Requirements Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Experience in collections or customer service (preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Self-motivated with ability to work independently Professional phone manner and problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
They will handle their own benefits and taxes.
The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
