THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join our experienced Bids and Tenders team in Macquarie Park.
In this newly created role, your key focus will be to produce high quality bids and tender documents working across the bid lifecycle – from running bid qualification sessions and developing responsibility matrices and response templates through to bid completion and debrief and win/loss reviews.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter.
Here at FUJIFILM, we employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.
Note - Our FBAU Talent Acquisition team will be on leave over the Christmas Period (from 20 Dec 2024 - 6 Jan 2025) so there will be a delay in responding to applications until our return in 2025.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish and lead the assigned bid team and SMEs to prepare and deliver professional bid and tender documents on time, in scope and with a single voice response • Provide advice and guidance on bid strategies, designs and formatting • Manage key milestones in the bid process through regular meetings, status reports and follow up • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, particularly with Pre Sales, Sales, Marketing and Legal teams to deliver compelling bid responses • Research market intelligence regarding current bids and customer drivers • Maintain and develop bid library content, and help build our Knowledge Management capabilities Skills & Qualifications • Solid bid writing/management experience, including leading SMEs in bid responses, ideally in a Managed Services or IT environment • Superior project management and document control skills, together with strong MS Office experience • Persuasive writing skills, with a passion for creating high quality documentation • Meticulous attention to detail, supported by nuanced negotiation skills to provide constructive feedback to bid team members • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including external and internal stakeholders at all levels • Formal qualifications in Journalism or Public Relations would be highly regarded BENEFITS: • 12 weeks full pay parental leave • In house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy • Diverse Career Development opportunities • Employee Discounts through our "Gold Pass" rewards platform • Income Protection and Life Insurance • Salary Packaging & Novated Leasing available OUR COMMITMENT Diversity & Inclusion Respecting diversity is the foundation of everything that we do at FBAU.
