This field-based role will execute strategy within their specific region and will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening our dealer network.Key Responsibilities include:Executing the dealer recruitment and network expansion strategy, whilst identifying new opportunities to strengthen our market presence.Develop, update, and maintain territory open point plans.Plan and attend Hardware Supplier Shows / Exhibitions.Project manage end to end new dealer onboarding from business case to opening.Meet and exceed key performance targets including sales objectives.Collaborate with Commercial and Sales Account Management teams to maximise territory growth opportunities.Maintain timely, accurate and comprehensive CRM notes.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a related field or demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role.Customer focused with proven customer relationship skills.Proven ability to grow accounts and meet set objectives.Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders internal and external.Strong written and verbal comprehension and communication skills.Strong Organizational abilities, including time management and prioritizing.Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem solving and reporting abilities.If you would like to have a confidential discussion please contact Tanya Carew on , or apply online with your CV and cover letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
