We seek a Customer Service Officer with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
About the role: Open position available across BrisbaneContract / Temporary rolesLocated in urban areas with convenient public transport options, including our Elizabeth St locationEasy-to-use timesheets, prompt weekly pay, and Real-Time Remuneration optionAs a Customer Service Officer, your key responsibilities include:
Manage inbound calls and email queries in a dynamic, fast-paced settingDisplay solid computer skills, following set processes and scriptsBuild strong relationships with both new and existing customersProcess and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiriesCollaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goalsOrganise your time efficiently to meet performance standardsMaintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagementRequirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound callsAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environmentSkilled in problem-solving within structured guidelinesResilient and calm when handling complaints or challenging conversationsProfessional and trustworthy approachCall centre experience is preferred but not essentialWe are seeking a customer service superstar with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage effectively and sensitively with a diverse range of people.
