As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner, going above and beyond to greet and direct every guest and enquiry in a five-star manner.This position involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including reception and assisting management with the operations of the Retirement Village. Projecting a positive image of the organisation is required at all times.We are looking to fill two roles over a 7-day roster. The successful candidate/s need to be willing to work outside business hours (evenings and weekends).What we are looking for:Pleasant telephone manner with experience operating a switchboardDedicated to providing exceptional customer serviceStrong administrative skills including word processing, data entry, filing, and photocopyingExperience in the use of MS Office programsExperience in following and maintaining established office administrative systemsAwareness and knowledge of confidentiality and privacy practicesValid Australian Driver's LicenceCleared Criminal Record Check obtained within 12 monthsSomeone who takes initiative and has a high level of accuracy and attention to detailDesired Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (essential)Exceptional written and verbal communicationAdvanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Understanding of accounting processesSkilled in prioritising and problem solvingIf you are looking to be part of a team that has great culture and a friendly environment, email your application including your resume and cover letter.
