Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services)Start a career in the finance industry within a leading Australian finance company located in Southport on the Gold Coast.The Safe Financial group of companies have been operating for over 20 years providing consumer, business and vehicle finance to our clients nationwide.We are looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant and efficient Account Manager to join our team. You will work alongside our existing team in our debt management business.You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their current loan. You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with repayment changes and make payment arrangements with clients who have recently missed a repayment.We encourage a cooperative and positive working environment so you will need to be a team player with a polite, yet assertive personality. We also have a very strong work ethic and show up every day to give it our best so that the team is not let down.To be successful in this role you will need to be:A fast and efficient workerConfident, friendly, professional and assertive on the phone.Patient and calm under pressure.Able to build positive relationships with customersAble to deal with difficult and challenging customersA fast learner with strong computer acumenExperience in a Finance Company is not required as preference for this role will be given to someone that has a clear and assertive phone manner and a positive "can do" attitude with experience in any fast-paced customer facing environment.There is no weekend or night time work required.Free gym membership to EMF and free car parking is also provided.
