This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Adelaide or Brisbane office. What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative (Strata Specialist), you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:
Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and servicesHandling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needsAchieving sales and service targets set for Strata insuranceAddressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely mannerMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policiesWhat you'll bringTo thrive in this role, you will need:

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week – start window 7:30am – 9:30am SA Time'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. This training will be held onsite at our Adelaide or Brisbane office.
Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
