*We are after a Customer Experience Representative who is available to work 4 days a week* NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE TO START FROM 20/01/2025 PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for responding to all customer inquiries efficiently via email, live chat and social media platforms MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responding to all customer inquiries efficiently via email, live chat and social media platforms Undertaking all customer support administration tasks including customer follow up, order processing and returns Handling returns and refunds including opening parcels and quality checking items Ensuring customer experience expectations are exceeded in every interaction with RyderwearSKILLS & EXPERIENCE : A demonstrated background in customer support roles with an administrative focus An understanding and working knowledge of ecommerce businesses The ability to provide excellent customer service over email and live chat Exceptional organisational skills and be a very efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and an eye for detail A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service The ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment Proven background working with a variety of systems A background or exposure to Logistics and Warehouse operations is advantageous SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : A demonstrated background in customer support roles with an administrative focus An understanding and working knowledge of ecommerce businesses The ability to provide excellent customer service over email and live chat Exceptional organisational skills and be a very efficient administrator with high level of accuracy and an eye for detail A strong work ethic and a passion to deliver excellence in customer service The ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment Proven background working with a variety of systems A background or exposure to Logistics and Warehouse operations is advantageous
