My client is a well-known player in the Queensland market, producing luxurious award-winning homes.
They are client-focused, creating their clients' dream homes, building inner-city & greenfields, both KDR & new builds.
My client is seeking an experienced KDR Site Supervisor to join their established team of professionals, with a build area in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.
You will have a proven ability to manage up to 10-15 individual builds simultaneously, KDR experience, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience Daily Site Management from commencement to handover.
Heavily client-focused - exceptional communication & presentation.
Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans.
Ensure homes are made to quality standards and within a timely manner.
Coordination of supplies and materials.
Manage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies, and procedures.
High-level communicator, organized & attention to detail.
Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with Custom or Project Home Builders.
