Our team are some of the most skilled and experienced people specialising in the specific methods and requirements of marine refrigeration and air conditioning and we are looking to continue that professionalism and expert approach to our team at HQ.If you have experience in administration and office management and are looking for a change of pace, this might be the role for you.The successful candidate will have:5 years experience in similar roles (preferred)Minimum 12 months experience with Xero (required)Simpro experience (preferred but not required)Certificate III in Business Administration or higher or Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting (preferred but not required)Be willing to develop and learn with the roleHave exceptional communication skillsBe results/solution orientedAn ability to prioritise multiple tasks and self-manageStrong initiative and time managementThe RoleThis is a critical role within our business which involves facilitating operational efficiency & systemisation.Roles and Responsibilities including but not limited to:Phones, Reception and Customer ServiceTimesheets & PayrollManaging office and suppliesAccounts Receivable and PayableHR and WHS support to the ownerProject and Contract AdministrationSupport for field team and operationsAssist in marketing and social mediaProcess and systemisationTraining and upskilling for other Administration teamWe are happy to consider the possibility of Part Time hours to make the position suitable for parents with school aged children.Why join the Neptune Team?Neptune Refrigeration & Air Conditioning focus on the unique challenges faced with refrigeration and air conditioning within the marine industry.
