Qualifications & ExperienceThis administration role has a strong client focus, including reception, customer service & loan processing.
It requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration or banking support role.
Essential to the role is a can-do attitude.
About the Role Strong client focus, including reception, customer service & loan processing.Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agencies.Manage clients' file workflow processes with high attention to detail and accuracy.Data entry, review, and lodge loan applications through relevant online finance systems.Positive and can-do attitude, able to work independently.Advanced computer skills, including Adobe and Office 365 suite required.Successful applicants will need to pass police and credit checks.Opportunities for future up-skilling.If you would like the opportunity to be part of our team, please submit your resume and covering letter via the "Apply" button.
